Hawkeye Football | Former Runningback Adam Robinson to Minnesota-Duluth?

According to some tweets, former Hawkeye runningback Adam Robinson has been seen around the Minnesota-Duluth campus.

The UMD Bulldogs began their camp this past Saturday but Robinson's name does not yet appear on the roster. It's unclear if he intends to play football there.

Minnesota-Duluth is the current defending NCAA division II champion. It would be an interesting spot for Robinson to land, they have only a handful of kids from Iowa on the roster. Because UMD is division II Robinson would be eligible to play this year.

It was a little over a year ago, at Iowa's 2010 media day, that this picture was taken.

A lot can change in a short amount of time.

Jewel Hampton (left) is currently playing for Southern Illinois. He participated in their first scrimmage Saturday and had nine carries for 31 yards.

Robinson's (center) future appears to be with UMD.

Wegher (right) is enrolled and playing football for Iowa Western Community College.

Jesse Gavin has more tweets concerning Robinson. Sounds like ARob will attempt to join the football team at UMD, just not this year. Here are the tweets:
